Shipping & Return Policies
Shipping Policy:
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the states, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our store to the destination. After processing and leaving the store, items usually take between 4 to 7 working days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Return Policy:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
